The highly anticipated Half Your Plate Chef's Dinner is back again. Bringing together some of the city's top chefs to prepare a multi course dining experience with a focus on fruits and vegetables. The evening will start with a casual cocktail and appetizer reception, followed by a 4 course plated meal. Each course being prepared by a different chef with their take on a produce forward plate.
Enjoy an evening with guest chefs from around YYC as they create new, produce inspired dishes. The Half Your Plate Chefs Dinner was created by the Calgary Produce Marketing Association to bring produce to the next level. A culinary opportunity to show people how to get creative with their meals using fruits and vegetables, thanks to a collective of local and internationally renowned chefs.

In an effort to make an impact in the community, the Calgary Produce Marketing Association has partnered with the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Community Kitchen Program of Calgary for over 2 decades. To date, they’ve raised over $1,000,000 for the Alberta Children’s Hospital and over $200,000 to other charities including the Community Kitchen Program of Calgary.
