Celebrating 30 years of Star Trek Conventions!

In addition to all the regular festivities, there will bee guests from the new Star Trek series, two exciting t-shirt contests, a farewell Sunday brunch and so much more to celebrate 30 years of Star Trek conventions in Vulcan, Alberta. VulCon is an annual convention that takes place in Vulcan, Alberta, during the month of July.

Each year they host a variety of celebrities who have acted in, written, and otherwise taken part in bringing the iconic Star Trek Franchise to life! There is a dinner and dance attended by Humanoids, Ferengi, Klingons, and Vulcans alike! Want to dance the night away in your favourite cosplay costume? Then VulCON is for you!

Now you may be wondering, what else happens during VulCON? Why should I plan my shore leave here and not on Risa? There is a meet and greet Friday night with a lineup of Star Trek celebrity guests! Photo ops, Q&A sessions, autographs, two t-shirt contests, a cosplay parade and competition, a silent auction and a Trekkie Brekkie on Sunday brings Star Trek fans together on this awesome weekend!
