Fall Days
Fall memories begin at the Farmyard, and The Calgary Farmyard is proud to have grown into one of Calgary's Premier Fall destinations. You can visit during the daytime or evening! Picking the perfect pumpkin at the Farmyard is an annual tradition for many families and friends. In addition to enjoying hours of fun on the farm, pumpkins are on display for photos and for purchase.
Pumpkin Info:
- Look for quality pumpkins including unique varieties (i.e. coloured pumpkins, gourds, etc.). Selection of unique varieties is always best earlier in the season and while supplies last.
- Pumpkin prices vary depending on variety and size. A typical carving pumpkin is approx. $5.50.
- Pumpkins for photo ops and for purchase are available each day. Larger pumpkin displays will be set up on the weekends.
Pony Rides take place Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Plus enjoy all the regular maze attractions (corn mazes, petting farm, train rides, mini golf, zip lines, ropes course, tractor pulled rides, playground activities, etc.).
Harvest Lights
Experience the vibrant charm of the Farmyard under the evening sky. All attractions are open with a colourful display of thousands of lights. Evenings provide a relaxed and casual opportunity to enjoy the Farm fully illuminated. Plus, there are tons of pumpkins for photos and purchase.
All farm activities are open, and the entire farm is lit up in fantastic display (except the corn maze of course, which remains dark as an added challenge for visitors to find their way through with their flashlights). The
Calgary Farmyard is fun and challenging at any time, but just think of trying to navigate the paths at night using only your flashlight! Harvest Nights are an extremely popular activity as guests love getting lost in the dark. Bring your flashlights and your sense of direction...you’ll need both.
The Calgary Farmyard is southern Alberta's #1 corn maze and favourite destination for farm fun.
Look for the largest array of farm filled adventures for families, friends and groups of all ages with 35+ attractions. Get lost and eventually found as you navigate your way through over 13 acres of corn mazes, mingle with friendly barnyard animals at the petting zoo, play a round of mini golf, bounce on the jumping pillows, ride the tractor train, shoot it up with your friends in the friendly fire arena, take aim at the barnyard ball toss, watch the pig races, pick your perfect pumpkin in the fall, and so, so, so much more.

Do you believe in ghosts?
Arthur Kipps was a young solicitor, when he was sent to a remote town in England to oversee the funeral of an elderly recluse. While there, he learns about a woman in black, a phantom, who haunts the residents of the town. Years later, Kipps hires a young actor to help recount the events of that time, never expecting the haunting to move into the theatre and curse them both. Can they excorcise the ghosts of the past once and for all? Or is it too little, too late?
The second longest running play in London’s West End, it has performed over thirteen thousand shows. Those that see the The Woman in Black are never quite the same!

6 Outdoor Haunted Houses to make you SCREAM!
Slaughterhouse
Step into the haunting dimness of the Slaughterhouse! One can feel, almost TASTE the thick blood hanging heavy in the air as you push past bloody hooks and try to escape this deranged meat locker...
Clown Town
Did you know 99% of all children are afraid of clowns? Kids are dummies. You’re an adult! Clowns are here to make you smile and laugh. Not scream and cry . You know the police respect the charity work clowns do in the community. They’re never going to look in a lovable clown’s basement.
Reapers and Grimm
Why do they call it a funeral home?
I don't care how dead I am, this just doesn't feel like home. This is just the place where all my ex's can come and cry about how I was the best thing that ever happened to them.
Now, I'm no expert, since this is my first time being dead and all, but should this guy be shooting me full of 100,000 volts just before the viewing? My hair was always straight when I was on the other side of the coffin.
Bates Motel
You’ll probably snicker. Or better... Do the old “Cough! – Loser – Cough!” routine when poor, lonely Norman Bates checks you into his motel. The only thing he has left in this world – aside from his moth-eaten homemade taxidermy collection. You’ll certainly feel a stab of pity for him later when you meet his mother. But save that pity for yourself. The last sight you’ll see is the flickering neon No Vacancy sign… through your only eye not filled with blood.
Afraid of the Dark
Step right up! Into the abyss of terror, where darkness engulfs your senses and your sight is reduced to a perpetual black void. As you navigate through sinister twists and turns hear monsters, lurking in the shadows, they're hungry too. With every step, your hands brush against decaying flesh, the touch of rotting corpses chilling you to the bone. Delicious! Brace yourself, for in this unholy realm, your mind dances on the precipice of madness, forever lost in darkness. Sounds just lovely, doesn't it?
The Dollhouse NEW
Are you into dolls with glassy eyes that seem to follow your every move? How about unsettling whispers and the occasional giggle? Dare to enter the dollhouse, our newest haunt full of severed heads, dolls possessed and face the haunting presence that lingers within!
Zombie Outbreak
The MOST EXTREME haunted house is back, the zombies will touch you and this haunted house requires a waiver to enter. A virus has broken out and spread across the world (sound familiar?), unleashing hordes of ravenous zombies. The undead will reach out and grab you, hopefully the adrenaline rush will save you because nothing else will.
